Please Note: Your 2024-2025 membership dues must be paid in full to qualify for the member rate. To check the status of your dues, you can visit the Members Only area at www.chss.org. If you just submitted your dues payment please allow 48 hours for our system to update.
Cancellation Policy: Up to and including Monday, October 7, 2024: Registrants may cancel either by logging into their existing registration online or by emailing a cancellation request. If cancelled online, a refund, less a $50 administrative fee, will be issued automatically; if the cancellation request is emailed, the registration fee, less a $50 administrative fee, will be refunded AFTER the meeting. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received on or after Monday, October 7, 2024. Fees cannot be reduced for partial attendance.
