Objective(s): To demonstrate the technique of autologous reconstruction of three-sinuses for supravalvar aortic stenosis. This is an effective technique and provides the possibility of growth.
Methods: We illustrate the case of a three-month-old infant with severe supravalvar aortic stenosis who was managed with this technique. Postoperative course was uncomplicated and the patient was discharged home after 5 days.
Results: The video illustrates salient aspects of this procedure with special emphasis on technical details. Evidence of post operative relief of obstruction and normal aortic valve function are provided by echocardiogram.
Conclusions: Autologous reconstruction of three-sinuses for supravalvar aortic stenosis is an effective technique which addresses all the features of this condition and provides growth potential of the affected area
